All reporting to the system is anonymous unless user opt to send his/her information in the description to the relevant authority.
Relevant authority will receive a Dashboard with real time updates along with email notification. The dashboards can accommodate to receive all this reporting’s on real-time from the National level to the ground level Authorities.
Authority can start an automated or manual workflow to address the issue.
System can automatically report the incident status to the mobile app with an incident reference.
All dashboards are geo & event fenced and all reporting within that will be assigned automatically to the relevant authority.

Local authorities are notoriously slow at repairing or upgrading infrastructure-related issues. While there is a myriad of reasons for this, a primary factor is the inefficiency in raising awareness in a timely and consistent manner. This is due to the lack of communication with the public.
